Job Title: Minibus Driver
Location: Angus, Forfar
Pay: £12.70 per hour
We are currently seeking a reliable Minibus Driver (Category D1 Licence holder) for our client based in Forfar, Angus to undertake a public transport service operated by minibus vehicles. This is a temporary assignment with immediate start and client is offering part-time hours, 20-30 hours working Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Driving a minibus, 8 seat or saloon car vehicle for public transport trips in south Angus and Dundee. Areas covered are Auchterhouse, Tealing, Bridgefoot, South Powrie, Burnside of Duntrune
- No fares will be collected
- Passengers will be members of the public and therefore may require assistance boarding and alighting, including wheelchairs, walking frames etc
- Only passengers who have booked will be collected and a running board will be supplied at the beginning of each shift
- Operational hours are 0630-1900, Mon-Fri only
- Vehicles will be collected and returned to Forfar Depot
Requirements:
- Valid Category D1 (PCV) licence
- Preferably clean licence
- No DD, DR or IN on their licence
- Previous experience is advantageous
- Good time management and organisational skills
