Pay Rate: £16.53 - £26.21 per hour

Pertemps is proud to be working with Royal Mail, the UK's trusted Universal Postal Service Provider, to recruit HGV 7.5t (C1) Drivers to join their team this Christmas at the Filton Mail Centre.

About the Role:
As a 7.5t driver, you'll be delivering and collecting mail and parcels between Royal Mail centres, operating from organised depots with clean, well-maintained vehicles. While most of the work is driving, there will occasionally be interaction with the load - so a flexible, can-do attitude is essential.

This role runs 7 days a week, with a variety of shift patterns to suit your lifestyle.

What You'll Need:

• Valid 7.5t (C1) licence held for at least 1 year with 180 days proven commercial driving experience
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card are essential
• Willingness to work weekends as the site operates 7 days per week and peak days are weekends
• No more than 6 minor points (no DD, DR, IN, CD, or TT endorsements)
• Excellent geographical knowledge and a professional attitude
• Strong knowledge of WTD and driver hours
• Comfortable with manual tachograph entries
• Ability to pass a DBS security check
• Successful completion of site assessment and induction before first shift
