Class 2 Driver

HGV Class 2 qualified multi-drop driver required for a full time role in Clutton, BS39
- £28,969.25 per annum
- 45 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Morning starts (usually between 5am and 7am)
- Temporary – to – Permanent contract
- Company uniform and PPE provided
About the role
- Follow a pre-planned route
- Communicate with customers by telephone to update them of time of delivery/ collection
- Delivering kitchen supplies and white goods to trade customers and private consumer addresses
- Accurately transact all deliveries and collections using a handheld electronic device
The right candidate
- Class 2 driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
- CPC and Digi Tacho
- Recent and relevant driving experience
- Own transport is essential to reach the location of the depot.
- Comfortable with manual handling such as lifting, carrying, stooping, bending, kneeling and reaching.
